Help Annoying verizon recording

How the hell do you get rid of the verizon recording that plays everytime a call connects or someone calls me. I cant find anything in the settings. Usually she just talks when I lose service. Any Ideas

Settings/Sound & Display/Roaming Tone

Disable.

That did it. Thought that was just for roaming. Thanks
