I'm always answering my phone while pulling it out of my pocket. Does anyone know of an app that confirms you want to answer or changes answer options?

    Thanks,

How do you answer your phone when pulling it out of your pocket automatically? You have to go through the lock screen to answer a sleeping EVO. Swipe up on the lockscreen and the person goes to voicemail or hit decline and the same thing happens.

It happens guy, the phone isn't in lock mode during incoming calls. I assume I touch the screen while pulling it out.

What do you mean it isn't in lock mode, do you not have that set?? Is that what you're saying.

Is your screen timeout set to never?

Mine is. I have to slide the bar up to send to voicemail or down to answer.

I have to swipe up or down as well, but that is the problem. I'm looking for an alternitive way to answer, or an app similar to call confirm only for answering

Not sure how to do it. When using wired headphones though, it's easy to just hit the stop/answer button on the headphones. I'm pretty sure you can also set to auto answer while using headphones (wired or bluetooth), but I don't use that option because it's more invasive than helpful.

Would Easy Answer Button work for you? You can get it in the Market.
