Answering calls

I am having problems when picking up a call, I can't hear when I put the phone to my ear. Although I can use the Aria with my bluetooth and turn on speaker phone.

Also, when I try to call someone, my screen is black. It doesn't show the person that I am calling or anything...it is just a black screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can anyone help with this? I know its silly, but I have been trying to figure it out for the last several days.
