So George Francis Hotz has an Xperia X10...
I finally understand that this is not a Smartphone - It's a microcomputer with a cell phone app :)
I have now installed AntiVirus Free 2.1 [aka DroidSecurity AntiVirus now owned by AVG?]
    <http://www.droidsecurity.com/> on my X10i.
Too early for me to tell if performance of the phone is affected in any way - seems to be working fine.
Has anyone tried any other anti-virus apps?

I think George Francis Hotz is actually one of the "good guys":) All I'm saying is that the "hackers" are out there.
I have had no problems with my phone since installing the
AV software - still too early to be sure, but...
In MHO - we should all install an AV app on the phone!

X2 I've been using this with no ill results on performance. Plus if someone steals your phone, you can make it "scream" and expose the robber, lock the phone and remotley wipe the entire thing clean of your info, and possibly track it down.
