Any app like Dock Runner for other android phones?

As far as I know there is nothing like that. It would be nice to have, though, for non Droid users.

There's an app call Kaloer Clock. It doesn't have all the multimedia extras, but it gives you a full screen clock and alarm settings.

Thanks for the reply, but I would really like all of the other functions. I am not sure if this is even possible for the Hero, but I would really like it.

You can also try Bedside, though again, doesn't have all the motorola dock app extras or slick-looking font.
