Looking for a budget phone that runs Android don't care about camera or wifi etc, just needs a physical dialpad and not a physical keyboard, I still prefer this in certain situations because its the only way I can touch type on a mobile, and nothing says throw me around and put me in your pants pocket naked like a cheap phone.

I don't think a phone like that has come out. It doesn't really lend itself well to the Android OS. You're pretty much going to see all-touch devices or slide out QWERTY's.

I haven't seen a smartphone with a dialpad recently. The closest I've seen is the blackberry pearl with surepress.
