Even with headphones, some apps are louder than others, and as such I'm trying to find a way to bring the weaker-volumed ones up to speed, at least through headphones. Cause this summer, I have fans and AC's blaring to keep from dying(102 here today, God help me), and that massive background noise, even through headphones, kills some of my Netflix volume, and HBO Go is hard to hear to begin with. So, if anyone knows of any non-root needed free apps, let me know please?

Not that I'm aware of even root options are limited. I would suggest in ear headphones the ones with a rubber or wax sleeves. I used to use shure e3 headphones currently I have Sony ones I got for $40 and they bph work well and block out my motorcycle and other vehicles while driving and all the idiots I work with

Well, there's the Volume Boost app, thats paid though, the trial version seemed to work some, I'm just wondering if there's anything else out there.

    Hmm
I have seen noise canceling earphones, that should help people use them alot on planes :)
You could search on Amazon for instance for them.

    Thanks,
    Bryan

Well, im more looking for a internal solution, IE, from within the phone. I mean, that volume boost app is a step in the right direction, suprised there's nothing else like that available atm thats free, or, doesn't require GB.
