any good Windows Metro style theme or launcher ?

Hi,
I wanted to see Windows Metro style on my android just for a change. I searched through google and pin pointed launcher 7, it is good, but there are few things which are sort of limitations.

I wanted to know if there is any other good theme which wld look more closer to Windows Metro UI, with useful customization. If the app is good enough, then i can even buy it, not an issue.

I have even seen some custom rom's based on this UI stye, but i dont want to root my android yet..

There's an app called Messenger Metro Beta that plays an excellent resemblance to Windows Phone SMS UI.
I have also tried another app titled "Messenger 7", however it was very choppy on my phone and I had to go back to Messenger Metro Beta.
