Definitely a spotter.
Has a 2 mile hit happened?
I wouldn't even try.
Still don't have a working firearm.
A wise man once said f you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.
The charging handle is a bitch to work with my weak hand on my new 308.
Nothing like my colt 556's
I think we should focus on accuracy.
A .22 in the right place is as efficient as a .45 anywhere.
Do the Boy Scouts still have a Marksmanship merit badge?
Did the Girl Scouts have one?
I never met a Girl Scout.
Still, I hope the safety’s on...
Why would I point a gun shaped club at someone... Who'd fall for that?
Great-Grandma's shotgun doesn't have a firing pin.
Makes a good club though now that I think about it.
I've got a pre-air-soft pellet gun that doesn't work. Still not a firearm
I've got an old pump up pellet gun. It, too, is not a firearm but will do in a pinch. At least it gets the rabbits in my garden attention.
In Legal Jargon:
What the official Massachusetts state law says
"FROM Section 131 Licenses to carry firearms; Class A and B; conditions and restrictions
(c) Either a Class A or Class B license shall be valid for the purpose of owning, possessing, purchasing and transferring non-large capacity rifles and shotguns, and for purchasing and possessing chemical mace, pepper spray or other similarly propelled liquid, gas or powder designed to temporarily incapacitate, consistent with the entitlements conferred by a firearm identification card issued under section 129B"
A non high capacity shotgun is what I need.
Should I ask the Cops?
I'm sure I qualify but I'm Black?
Wondering what gun belts any of you are using?
I'm needing a new (bigger lol) gun belt and was looking at the infinite adjustment type belts.
For just an example, this one
How have they held up? Other options, makes/models?
I'm unfamiliar with the belt you link. It looks legit. That infinitely adjustable would be ideal if it holds up and doesn't slip. Being as it's sold as a gun belt I would think that it's constructed well and designed not to sag over time. I use a standard gun belt with traditional holes for sizing. It's twice as thick as a normal belt to insure there is no sag. I'm very happy with it and it's served me well for many years now. However, there are times I would like it a bit tighter or a bit more loose but the next hole is too much adjustment.
Yeah, that's my concern....the slip or skip as it wears over time.
I know of nobody that's sporting one. That doesn't make it a bad item. It may be a fairly new item and that's why I've not seen someone bragging it up or complaining about it. Wish I could be of some help.
Yeah, I wear a traditional double-thick leather gun belt like @olbriar describes. I've had it for years and it's still in great shape. No experience with something like the one you're looking at.
Go for it and let us know how it does!
Give it to Mikie
Leather is out at my workplace. Fast-release neoprene Sam Brown? Something like that. Only allowed to carry CPR gear and a Radio for now.
Back to guns.
Ordered this just now.
The ak collection is complete
Is that a Russian or Chinese AK?
Sweet! Congrats too by golly!
I'm meeting up with some buddies next weekend at a local gun show. I doubt I buy anything but you never know. It's always fun to look and bicker.
The chinese polytech legend national match has a 20" heavy bbl but is not rpk profile. Also would be a $3k rifle.
Theres a Russian heavy bbl ak, the vepr fm11 but it's a 16" bbl and didnt come with a bi pod or carry handle.
Got mine right before Russian imports were band for a grand.
It would cost about $1400 now new in box
I just read about this gun owner in Indiana...
In his case I think the plural reference no longer applies...
