Help Any information on simlock?

Hi everyone, I have used several smartphone platforms like Symbian S60, Windows Mobile, RIM/Blackberry and iPhone OS. I've just read regarding the Vodafone 845 and I find a very interesting device for getting to know Android. However, I haven't been able to find any information on a simlock by Vodafone. Does anyone know already whether there will be one?

In Holland there is a Vodafone Simlock on this pre-paid device.
The phone is great. Vodafone can unlock for 100 euros.

Maybe there are also other ways to unlock

In Czech Republic there is no simlock (Thank God its outlawed )
