Any one having problems with signal?

    I am on verizon and cannot get a good signal in my office. (-105) with one bar. My notification bounce back and I cannot make a call. I had no issues with my note 5 from same place and I know another with verizon without problems.

    Are other having this issue or do i have a bad antenna or something on my phone?

    ocnbrze DON'T PANIC!!!!!!!!!

    so far my phone has been good for the most part. i'm on verizon as well.i was in a certain part of LA and i was on a phone call and the quality was dropping in and out. it was not on the other end as i was called from a landline so it was my signal on my phone. but that was the only time i had any connection issue so far.

    3 note 10+’s unlocked on T-Mobile . Fast speed and no issues with VOLTE or WiFi calling.

    As a Verizon customer, dialing *228 send, then selecting option 2 should update your phone with all recent tower information. If that doesn't work, talk to them via *611. They may want to switch out your phone, assuming it came from them. Good luck! -Redeye

    I'm in Kansas and have no issues with dropped calls, but o do suffer from LTE most of the time going to 3G

    I am in the D.C. area and its a 3 ringed circus with tower power.

    I'm having issues with signal strength as well. a couple of specific areas where I had no problems before I have almost no signal strength now with my new N10+5G.

    I wouldn't put signal strength totally on the phone, it could also be your carrier's network as well.

    Most likely network and tower congestion.
