Any Phone In Decent Shape for $100 or Lower

Hello.

I need a new phone. Really, really bad. I'm only 16 so I can't afford to pay $30 a month more for a data plan and use my upgrade, so I figured I'd buy a phone without the upgrade. I just need a phone that's GSM, and either is unlocked, on t-mobile, or can be unlocked. I'd prefer something with a keyboard, but a touchscreen would be fine too depending on the phone. I would really like an Android phone, so maybe a Moto Cliq?

I just need something I can text on, instead of this POS LG Vu. I would prefer to spend under $100, so if that's possible, that would be great. I can pay through paypal, you can check out my ebay account, dadgunner, to see I am legit.
