Just wondering if there is any point in rooting the device atm other than de bloating? So no?
 
Android Firewall. Wakelock Detector. Defeat KitKat sd card security. Respond to security needs through Xposed modules without waiting for an official update. Expand features. Full backups, not partials. List goes on and on.

Pretty much the same reasons to root any other Android - it's yours, take control. :)

Thanks I decided I'll probably wait for lollipop ota update before rooting as i dont need any of those.
