I just got my eris yesterday (posting with it now), and I am finding typing in landscape quite uncomfortable while headphones are plugged in (i listen to a lot of music). The plug is verticle and doesn't allow me to grip the phone naturally.

So, I was wondering if there was a simple way to get the reverse of landscape view. As in the eris's physical buttons would be to the left while typing instead of the right. Thanks for the help.

I have tried to find a setting for that as well, but don't think it's possible.

Very right-hand-biased of them (I assume Google not HTC) -- I did notice that my wife's iPhone flips to either landscape orientation but my Eris only goes in the direction you'd naturally shift your right hand. Not a huge deal, but it's one of those little "oh yeah, it should work like THIS" items.
