I'm trying to change the notification icon in Google Voice, but when I try to install the apk, I get an application not installed error.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Did you resign the .apk? If you don't resign it when you zip it back up it won't work.

And no, I don't know how to do it.

Android Commander can re-sign the .apk and install it right from your PC.

I signed the file using Android Commander and try to install from there, but it doesn't work. I also tried installing from the phone and get the same results.
