Is there a way to make the home screen change orientation with the accelerometer? On my phone, it will only change when I pull out the physical keyboard, which is not really what I'm looking to do most of the time.

It changes just fine in all other applications, but the home screen doesn't. Is this a flaw with my phone or a design decision?

I would like this option also, but I don't think it was setup that way.

One work around I found is to install dockrunner
It tells the Droid to enter Entertainment Dock mode. From there you can hit the home button and it will be rotated.

No.....the droid useed to do this. I know for a fact that mine did and so have others. Go to Motorola and look on their forums for that. Apparently Motorola pushed some code here recently within the last day that ended up messing that up. According to a thread on Moto, they know about it and are trying to correct it.

I noticed the same thing this morning. I bought my droid last friday and the home screen always rotated until today. I installed dockrunner yesterday and I was thinking maybe this was the problem. Can you post a link to the motorolla post?
