Help Any way to make the SMS Unread Count widget line up properly?

This is so annoying. I use the SMS unread count widget for sms/gmail/phone. And when you hide the icon text the widgets no longer lines up properly with other icon/widgets on the home screen.

Anyone else notice or bothered by this?
