I want to rent and download movies/tv shows for an upcoming plane ride. any way to do this?
mSpot movies app.
You can download Verizon fios app where you can rent or buy movies and watch them on your phone. IMO the movies aren't worth it because you're paying for scale down movies (lower video/audio quality) at ridiculous prices. Get netflix and download a video converter so you can watch it on your phone. All for the price of $9 a mo. You can't beat that.
I have Netflix..... could you explain what converter and how to watch. I am really brain dead today!
i just got netflix, so how do i go about playing them over my phone? all i seem to be able to do is stream to my computer..?
You will have to rent the dvd. There are several video converters on the web. Some are free and some aren't. The converter will convert the movie into a file such as mpeg4, avi, wmv, etc. You can then transfer the file onto your phone and watch it.
Or just download the movie online and convert it to whatever resolution our phone uses. Not that I'm condoning piracy...
True but having the legal copy you can adjust the settings for audio and video. A lot of those pirated movies are low quality and you can't make them better. Having the legal copy you can decide what quality you want.
care to link or name the product you use?? The only legit good one that I have found that appears to work is $30 or more.
The software I use is xilisoft. I have the ultimate toolkit package. It's not free but if you are internet savy you can get around that.
