if anyone know about weather app with worldwide weather alerts/push notifications

I searched about this and didn't have anything

if anyone know about weather app with custom notifications like setting my own weather alerts/push notifications (temperature, any weather conditions, high wind speed, rain and thunderstorms)

I hope that anyone helping me to find any of these apps
