Anyone else annoyed with the "Missed Call" app update?

The update from 1-2 days ago or so, I guess. Now everytime the app does it's job, it also gives an additional notice in the notification bar - A triangle with an exclamation point in it letting you know that you missed something. Driving me f'ing crazy! Anyone know how to disable that?...I can't figure it out.

    Thanks!

Cant you just pull down the notification bar and just touch the caller to make it go away

Nope. That's the way it used to be. Now there's an additional icon in the notification bar and when I slide down the "shade", it says "You had a missed call" or "You have a missed calendar event" or something like that. It's redundant.

I actually just emailed the dev. I hope I get a response, and if I do, I'll post it here.

First, I do not see an update notice

but good luck, that dev doesn't answer **** for emails. others on other forums have emailed, I have emailed several times over several months, never 1 time answered. nor does he answer posts to makes on other websites like Buzz.

this is why I backup my apps... so I can roll back if they make them worse

After the most recent update I'm running version 0.9.2.

Thanks for the heads up about the dev. And also for reminding me that I do backup my apps :) (It runs on a weekly schedule and I completely forgot about it. Ha!)

I have 0.9.0 and have no update notice

    that is very odd

Yeah, I would avoid 0.9.2. It just adds that extra annoying notification which is completely useless. I just went back to 0.9.0 from last week's backup.
