Anyone else see this today?

My phone had been screwing up ever since about 5ish this afternoon and I pulled battery about 8 times in a matter of an hour and I hard reset and see this about 5 minutes after getting setting up. Maybe it was the past OTA I got about 2 weeks ago again? :l

My phones rooted with Cyangen Tazz 6 so I don't get updates.

I wish, kinda. 2.2, however, is highly unlikely.

if you reset your phone it is most likely the recent OTA we got. I had to reflash my phone and wipe it and it prompted me for a system update as well.
