1. Are you ready for the Galaxy S20? Here is everything we know so far!

Anyone even considering Saygus VPhone??

Seems pretty real that VZW's 3rd Android device will be the VPhone from little-known Saygus. There's absolutely no buzz about this phone, even though it seems to have all the right stuff (albeit bulky). That, and the understandable skepticism about a company's first effort...but honestly, there HAS to be someone considering this device. No???

Yes, our company has the intent in using the phone for a healthcare application; we believe it has many applications. It will be interesting to see how it is rolled out. In our case we will need thousands of phones.

Going to wait for a proven history and track record like others.
Also never hurts to go into a verizon and pick up a phone & "play" with it.
Doesn't seem like it has everything I'm after.

It looks like a fat droid knockoff. With a halfbaked Sense UI knock off thrown in.

True...but how do you know it's not going to PERFORM? There's nothing wrong with copying something good...and then trying to make it work better. (just being hopeful - one can never have too many choices!) Long-term viability of the company (Saygus) is definitely a concern, though.

    Yea, it seems ugly.

If it has Android 2.0 or 2.1 I am really considering it. I have a Droid and it would be absolutely wonderful if not for that hateful physical keyboard. As long as this phone doesn't look like a children's toy I don't really care about the looks. I knew I should have waited a bit for another Verizon phone to come out. Shit.

I really want to see a review of this so I can know whether to return my fairly new Droid or not.

I'm still fantasizing its a trojan horse for the HTC Incredible.

The physical keyboard is really irritating me, I can't get used to it. If another phone came out soon with Android 2.0 and Google navigation (and a car dock) I would take this back. This keyboard takes so much pressure to push down it is making my thumb cramp up after very little use.

Reminds me of a DS Fat. Not for me.

Like I said in another thread: Ew.
Stop giving this phone undeserved attention.
    Let it die please.
    It's a horrible device.
God help anyone who buys this device, if it's ever released.

    THAT would be awesome.

Sgtmattbaker: It might be a settings thing. My husband's keypad is too sensitive for my preference. I didn't mess with it because he seems to like the way it works. This Feb, if nothing too exciting is on the way, and I can't get "Bricky's" keys to be more compliant, I'll have to consider a non-android phone or keep the enV Touch a little longer.
