I have recently found my FIRST Android device!
It is a tablet that I bought in Nicaragua. It's from 'ARGOMTECH', and it's model T9030.
I can't find ANYTHING about it on the net. I find the company homepage, but they deny it ever existed!
It is running Jellybean, and I am curious if this can be updated, if so, to what?
Any help anyone can give on this would be, well, helpful....
I will keep you updated on what I find!

    Oh yeah, I almost forgot!
This thing has a TV antenna! For watching TV!
    And it works!

This iPhone "5G" also has a TV antenna for watching TV! Although good luck with that in 2020.

FYI your Argomtech tablet, like this cheapo knock-off thing can't be updated, and there's nothing you can do.

cheapo tablets do not get support for updates usually. if the tablet says its up to date, then it is up to date. manufacturers, especially on tablets vs phones, are the ones who puts out the updates......so smaller companies rarely update their devices.

like all things tech......you get what you pay for.

for me off brand devices may seem like a deal, but a lot of times they are headaches in the long run.

Ok, yeah. As I said, this was the first Android device I ever bought. What I didn't mention was, that was 2014.
    In Panama, sorry. Not Nicaragua.
So, these Kernels can only work with specific processors?
I understand about the RAM and processing speeds.
But as you may know from other threads, I'm learning this as I go, trying to repair an S60 before xmas as a gift to my wife (her first Android device!).
I figured as soon as the physical parts arrive, I can start, but first, why don't I learn programming and flashing first?
So I dug this thing out, charged it up and turned it on.
Now I want to see what I can learn from it...

Oh, and I can take pictures of it later! It has an antenna!
