How long it will take to get in Pakistan?

There is no publicised schedule. Its rolling out in Europe at the moment and Asia must be very shortly. Week or two or three probably, like last time. How far behind UK were you for 4.1.1? Probably same length of time again

If you don't want to wait, you may flash an European stock ROM, else you might need to wait a few weeks. Best to way to go is getting a custom ROM.

I think 4.1.1 was launched first in korea yeh? my country was around 2 weeks behind from the country where it launched first.

I also want to confirm that is this 4.1.2 really going to come out, any one got it yet, or its just a rumour?

Poland, Germany, Russia and UK have 4.1.2.

I'll better wait because i don't want to root my phone.

If you just flash a stock ROM (such as the UK version) it does not require root and the flash counter won't be affected
