I was looking into an app called WiSync to try to help manage any potential battery drain.. it's found here:

There's also a paid version which allows scheduling and such... but that one says there are issues with Android 2.1.
I'm wondering if the Free version works properly on our Evo's, or if it too is not up to date. I can't find any contact info for "GearSoft" or I'd ask the author directly.
Anyone have experience with this app?
