I am curious if there are other users who are as aggravated with their data plan from Southern Linc as I am. It rarely works and I am very frustrated. Due to my work schedule and other committments I have not had the time to call and complain with their customer service. I have, however, sent three emails to them asking for help and they have all been ignored. So much for contacting them via email as they state you can do on their website. Anyone have anything to say or complain about?
