Has anyone who had their Thunderbolt billed to their account have the amount show up on their bill yet? Verizon was supposed to refund my shipping charges and I wanted to make sure they did but its not posted on my account yet.

    Bought online on release day.

    Thanks!

I had mine billed but bought it at the store, and the timing is great for me. Bill generated days before the TB released so I don't pay for it till may.

I had 2 of them billed. One was on this month bill and one is on next months bill. They were 270.00 after tax and I am getting a 100.00 credit for them.

If you get the phone after the 4th day of the month, it will not appear until the next month's bill.

You can type #BAL and hit send on your phone to get an updated current amount due and it shows adjustments/credits on there as well. This should be more up to date than your current balance online.

Online balances will only show whats been generated on your bill. If the credits have been applied, but have not generated on your bill, your online statement might not reflect that.

How does one go about getting phones billed to their account? Does this work with accessories as well? Can this be done online or is it over the phone?

Just ask or select it online. You need a good history of on time payments of course. :)

Cool thanks :). Switched from Sprint to Big Red last August, I have my account setup for auto pay, out of sight out of mind is easier for me. I'll have to check out some accessories. Already have case / holster really want that dock.

I have been with verizon since number portability, I didn't see any option online to have it billed to account. I wanted to order it before my vacation instead of waiting until I got back. I went all the way to the end of ordering it online and I didn't see that option.

When I go to myverizon and log in, my billing cycle states "Cycle ends 04/08/11". So do I need to wait until the 9th to have something billed to my account for it to show up on May's bill run, not April's? I'm signed up for auto pay, and my last payment was on 4/3, next is showing 4/30. Just trying to time my next order to hit on May's bill. I checked and I do have the option to bill to account. :)

    Thanks

You may need some payment history under your belt to get a real useable credit amount. I've been with them since they were GTE and I have a $1,000.00 credit available on my account, which came in handy when I went to get a Tablet. If you already have an unpaid balance, it goes against your credit limit so it helps to have your bill paid up when putting large purchases on your account, and yes it works with Accessories too.
