Help Anyone have trouble with Full Screen Caller ID after GB update?

After upgrading to GB yesterday, my Full Screen Caller ID won't work now. I emailed dev but was just wondering if anyone else was having a similar problem?

Also, what other apps are available (that work) for a full screen caller ID?

yes CFD, same exact thing here. it's driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!! plus i will see two different locations also. One real little and one cut off behind the slide lock. I didn't dare ask because i know everyone hates "City ID" but i love and need it (for work).

hopefully its a bug that someone can help us with.
