How is it holding up? Any scratches on the screen yet?

No protector, screen is pristine, albeit greasy... time for a wipe down I think!

Ive been using mine for about a week with no screen protector, all is well. However I am going to install a zagg protector. Just as a little extra precaution

I now just smear my oily fingerprints around the screen. Mmm. Clear.

Thinking of picking up a protector just to get rid of fingerprints. Oh to feel brave enough to wipe the screen on my jeans!

I'm a builder. No protector for me. No dust also. Still perfect.

No protector, still perfect condition, aside from greasy fingerprints!

Got protector, but honestly it doesn't feel as nice as the naked screen.

My screen is going nowhere near my jeans... cold weather means more often than not I'm in a fleece, much softer :D

Still, I've got some nice optical wipes if I get a proper 'orrible smear heh

No protector on mine and a nice scratch at the top of the screen, I blamed it on the misses ear rings, that didn't go down well. LOL

They're certainly not as soft and silky as the glasses cloth I'm using. Only problem with the pouch is the lack of space for sliding the cloth in without an unsightly bulge ;)

had mine for a month - no protector - regularly clean it on jeans or any other kind of cloth - and the screen is still pristine. Loads of fingerprints all the time but they're not visible when the screen is on anyway.

Although the paranoia in me always wants my valuables to be more protected... the youtube video posted by Fastmhz (thank you) let me know I have nothing to fear.

Plus putting a screen protector on will kill the whole idea behind the anti oil coating on the screen so you screen protector wont look as nice.

What anti-oil coating? Share this miracle with me. Takes me a good 3 - 4 mins of vigorous polishing to get rid of the greasy prints on my phone at the end of the day ;)

I think it's anti-anti-oil coating!:p fwiw, I tried a zagg and didn't like the rubber feel so I ditched it. I tried a Seidio Ultimate Screen guard and had a few issues with that as well so I'm back to naked for now. I got one from dcmugen on the way though. The fingerprints drive me crazy so I'm hoping his will help. If not, I don't know Martin Fields, Clarivue.....

Had mine since the 14th January and not got any protection on it and it's fine. No scratches.

It never does feel as good when you stick a rubber protector over it.:p

I'm riding bareback too. I figure it's a glass screen and I don't need screen protectors for my glasses.

... A lense cloth did that job in one swipe for me. I also find the inside of the pouch cleans the screen as you take it out / put it in.

As in, glasses cloth of the silky smooth variety? I have one but it's still just smearing it everywhere.

    A specsavers special :D

It would depend on the cloth. Quite often your cloths can pick up oil and crap from your glasses / the screen and need washing or replacing. I know my dad's lense cloths get filthy and just smear grease all over my lenses.

Mine normally have a small amount of lense cleaner solution that I use to clean my specs still on them.

I find that my shirt sleeve or jeans/trousers work fine.
