Anyone know of an icon set like this?

Basically, I'm looking for icons that are... well... transparent, I guess? Preferably something with a "glass" type look. The closest I can find are icon sets with a glassy transparent border, but I don't want something with a border. I want the icons, themselves, to have this look.

Stylistically, that's exactly what I'm looking for, thanks! I just hope they have icons for specific apps, as the way it's organized there, it almost seems like they're meant for things other than Android stuff.

Try HD widgets. I downloaded it when it was 10 cents in the market. The icons look really nice and there are options that look transparent. The ones I use are pretty well transparent.

Have you looked in...
No wait. You need to be using GoLauncherEx.
(then you could go to menu>pref>app drawer and check "enable search". There are 10's of 1000's of misc. apps there, including over 1800 in the "transparent" category alone. There's a lot to see there. Like Translucent Widget, that can turn any app icon completely invisible if you want).

I believe I have HD Widgets, but if I'm not mistaken, doesn't that just have, well, widgets? I'm talking about the actual app icons (the "shortcuts" to apps on your home screens).

Look up "Transparent Launcher Premium" in the Play Store.
There aren't any icons more transparent than this. I promise you.
For example, there are 4 icons between the power widgets and the moon, here:

(though they don't have to be this transparent. You can make them as transparent as you want)
