Welcome to AF. Well not sure what you are asking but if you don't want it then why not just delete it? Use File Manager and access it but most of us have our *.mp3's in /Audio and some of us have decent directory system.

    Welcome to the Android Forums!

If your phone does not have a file management app you can find several good ones in the Android Market...

Well if u intentionally want to use HTC SYNC for music than no problem.. well using your mobile on DISK DRIVE mode while connecting to the pc ... you can just copy your songs to the sd card....
and manage the same way ...
and if you want to manage through your Mobile than use File manager as above said (like iam using ASTRO FILE MANAGER).

    hope this helps
