Anyway To Update Contact's Photos That Sync With Facebook?

So when you enter a new contact, if you have your facebook account synced, it will automatically put the contact's picture in there for you...BUT when someone updates their picture (as I know some have) it does not seem to update under my contacts.

How do I fix this?

Do you have auto sync turned on and facebook checked in the settings?

Mine seems to work fine.

The problem i have is that some of my facebook contacts don't have their cell numbers in their bio, and i can't edit a facebook contacts info on the droid. How do i add in their number to their profile. I have a few contacts that i have a gmail contact and a facebook profile, is there anyway to merge them together in the droids address book?

If you make sure the names are the same in Facebook and in your address book and auto sync is on they should merge. I had to change some of the names in my droids address book to match exactly with facebook and it updated my gmail as well.

you can merge a facebook contact with a gmail (or exchange) contact if the names dont match.

Just go to the contact.
menu- edit contact.
menu- join

pick the contact and viola they are joined.

if you dont already have a google contact then you can just make a google contact and put their phone number in and it will sync them together.

this happens to me sometimes too. it seems to be a problem with the auto-sync not auto-syncing...

i just manually sync and they update.
