Im still running just the .595 and loving it! I was having quite a few issues with ApeX so I decided to just try the .595 and am not looking back...might try zombie but I'm set for now so why change things...

I like both ROMs although Apex has always been stable for me. Zombiestomped went downhill when I went into the customizer and tried installing new themes. I'm still on zombie and I plan to do a wipe and reinstall from scratch to see if it stops the random reboots. When Apex is updated for OTA, I'll be going back to Fab's work.

 

zombiestomped for now, considering apex is not on 595 yet.

Haven't had any problems on zombie, and it has everything I need whereas apex is still missing universal inbox/etc.

I am a long time apex fan btw. I will probably try it again when they update it to the newest version.

 

I am still on the stock .595 rom...love it so far and have had no need (or want) to try anything else for now. It is running so smooth now. I have used Apex on Froyo and it was excellent on battery life, but have not tried it on GB. Zombiestomped gets great reviews from everyone. Best thing to do it make you a nandroid backup of your stock GB rom, then install each of the ones mentioned and if you don't like them then restore back to your stock.

I have been on custom roms so long on Froyo didn't ever think I would like stock again, but like someone else said in here, I really like the plain stock rom right now and it is working so smooth, even with the VZW bloat.

 

You can run apex off of .595 but it'll downgrade u to .588 ... its not much different. Im loving everything minute of it
