So call me crazy but I'd like to know if its possible to take the dialer and browser from firstEncounters ice build and put them in liberty 3.0. I know how to restore APK files but I don't know how to resign them to work on another rom.

So any takers on my endever?

that is out of my league bud. You may could ask the Liberty 3 dev. I'm sure there is something kosher that has to go on for one Rom to use parts of another Rom.
