Root APK Manager help

OK. So i'm trying to edit the framework of my current rom. When I open up the .bat for apk manager, I get an error: java was not found, you will not be able to sign apks or use apktool. I've downloaded java jdk and jre. Does anyone know the fix to this?

set everything in other as executable

or you can just change the framework.apk to framework.zip and extract onces done just zip it and change zip to .apk and done! thats my method of changing my themes i made for myself lol

Do you have android sdk installed? Also do you have your environment variables set correctly? Which operating system are you running?

or you can just change the framework.apk to framework.zip and extract onces done just zip it and change zip to .apk and done! thats my method of changing my themes i made for myself lol
