Root App Backup and Reinstall question

Changing roms I decided to back up my apps with the 'Apps backup and reinstall' app so I could get them easily without having to re-download most of them, since some don't show back up in the market download. Now I can't figure out how to get them from my sd card back onto my phone.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

I use astro file manager, navigate to the files and click, the rest is self explanatory
