Well unless you really, really need to free up storage space in your phone's internal storage, when it comes to some apps a lot of them you can go into your Settings >> Apps menu, find the app in question, and use the 'Disable' button. This doesn't uninstall the app but it does render it inactive so at least it isn't using up any active system resources. If you find later that you want or need that app, you can always then just re-enable it.
