Help app data backup

Looking for a free app data backup/restore app that doesn't need root. Anybody with any suggestions please?

what app are we talking about? why do you need a backup? what phone do you have?

I think there is not an universal data backup app which is suitable for various apps.

Description says root is needed for app data.

Thanks guys, there are a few apps that are registered to an old number but currently work and I can't migrate it across to the new phone. Easiest way I used to use was Titanium but that was in the rooting days. Also linked to old social media accounts that I no longer have access to. I'm assuming it isn't possible without root was just on the off chance if someone knew if there was a way
