App disable

I'm looking for an app that forces apps to stop and also inside the Application Manager when you check, the 'Force Stop' button in the application manager in settings must be greyed and this way the app does not restarts on its own when disabled deep in the os and not just close em like a regular task killer. But i don't want the app icons to dissappear on the app drawer. Even with a auto function when i use and so re-enabled some disabled apps that forces those apps stopped automatically.

I'm rooted. I have original Samsung stock rom.

Better a one that auto disables also but not Greenify as it disables apps only when the screen is off.
