Root app dump??

I was checking. out my astro manager and there's a file that says
app_dump has alot in it what is it and can I erase it

I don't see that in Astro in either the app or the Backup folder that Astro creates on the sd card.

I don't see it in Titanium Backup either, nor in the System folder using Root Explorer.
