I was wondering if there is an app for greater control over the Wifi connection. More specifically, I want to be able to select a specific SSID and channel AND to lock that specific connection (and prohibit the phone from connecting to other signals).
In my current situation, I have my home Wifi on two different routers, same SSID but different channels. My phone keeps switching back and forth between the two connections. I'd like to set my phone to connect to one (and only one) of these signals. Any ideas?
I have an ATT Samsung G S2 running a rooted stock ICS.

You could manage the wifi connection with app called 'WiFi Manager'. Its a free app that you can download from Google Play Store.
