[App help] Google Keyboard not compatible with my device

Hello! I got my HTC One a few weeks ago and I want to get from the Play Store the Google Keyboard. Here is my problem.
When I search for it on my phone, no result with Google Keyboard in the list.
When I search for it on my PC to install it on my phone, it finds the app but it says it is incompatible with my device and when I click on little [+] it says: "HTC HTC One (last used July 2013)
This item cannot be installed in your device's country."
Can someone tell me why is this happening? Why does google decide that Romania should nout get the stock keyboard? Is there any solution?

This issue should be taken up with the devs and is not an issue with the device.
