Help App Lock Problems

My 11 year old son owns a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini, I installed an app lock to prevent him from looking at things he shouldn't and also to prevent him from paying for apps and running up a huge bill. I have tried installing just about every app lock program there is and none of them are protected from being uninstalled in the apps menu. This pretty much makes the program useless as what is the point in having a program with password protection if the program itself is not protected.

Is there any way of installing a program that cannot be uninstalled without a password or some form of protection?

You should really ask this question on the S3 Mini forum (or better, on the applications forum). Anyway, what apps do you want to lock, actually? If it's about bills, just create a Google account for him with no billing info. He can't buy anything that way.

Thanks for the replies, the problem isn't just him paying for apps but also I don't want him to be able to view porn or snuff movies and stuff like that, I installed a K9 browser but that doesn't prevent him from being able to access the web through other browsers. The trouble isn't finding a good app as I have found several that seem good, the problem is that any app I install can be uninstalled from the app menu which completely defeats the purpose of the app blocker. Basically I need an app lock that I can protect from being uninstalled without a password. Im beginning to think such a program doesnt exist.

Have you tried App Lock by Domobile? (In playstore) it allows you to lock system settings.

I absolutely don’t want anyone to mess up my apps and see my private info or photos. It used to be complicated to hide apps and photos and they cannot be hidden thoroughly, but recently I found one third-party app to do the work easily without rooting.
