Since software is copyrighted, the people who wrote them for iOS would have to write them for Android, or license someone else to write them for Android. It's not a matter of whether someone here can do it as much as it is a matter of how much he can afford to be sued for. (It would be like using an exact reproduction of Mickey Mouse on an ad without being expected to be sued by Disney. The fact they they do it in oil and you did it in watercolors makes no difference - they still own the copyright.)
