Anyone know an app that puts a nav bar on a device that doesnt natively have one?

What im hoping to do is hide the statusbar on my nexus7 (grouper, rooted) but all the mods ive tried hide the statusbar AND the navbar.
    Hope that makes sense.
    Cheers

Thanks mate. Ill try that but i think the two modules will cause a conflict, ImmerseMe trying to remove it and Modaco trying to add it lol
