    Seems like a good idea.
I'm wondering how it blocks them? What message do they get?
Or do they just get voice mail?

    I might try it later

i been using that app for a couple of months now. works well. you add the numbers to a list and it declines the call for you. im not sure if it goes to your voicemail since i dont have mine set up.

I'd wonder how much time it adds before you hear the first ring of the phone (which some folks already complain about). This app has to be 'in front of' the dialer app to do it's job. It has to take SOME time to look at the incoming phone number and compare it to the list(s) of calls to block/allow. It would be good to know if that time is measured in milliseconds, or seconds?

I have an app that kind of does what you are looking for that I just released a free version of (The Operator). You can silence specific phone numbers. I wasn't aware that you could actually decline calls. Last time I looked into it, it wasn't possible - I wonder if they are just killing the call task, and I wonder what that does to the network.
