I know I saw the app here just don't remember what it was called. I don't want to backup the apps, just want a text file.

    1. Download the Forums for Android™ app!

Listables. You can even email/text them.

Appbrain is another that can do it.

It makes a list online that you can share with people. On the website there is an option to get a text version of the list if that is what you really want.

You can choose the apps you want on your computer and have it installed through the Market from the Appbrain app. I like its suggestions of what apps you might like based on your app list :) The search function on the appbrain is much nicer than the Market.

AppBrain does not register apps that are not loaded through the market (appbrain itself just redirects to the market too).

Just an FYI, but you guys might want to support Listables! It was created by a forum member here... :)
