Help App to trigger screen lock (not take over everything)

Hi all

Does anyone know if there’s an app (or way of setting this up any other way) that will trigger the standard lock screen (like pushing the power button). I know there are many out there that manage their own way of doing things and all the simple ones don’t integrate with the fingerprint recognition, and those that do are just too complicated and want to take over all the security of your phone (e.g. CM Locker). All I want is a shortcut that initiates what would happen if I pushed the power button to lock the screen…. Surely there must be something out there that does that. Any ideas?

You already answered the question. There are several, but they either are security risks or don't integrate well with the fingerprint. You can however try to get in contact with the developers to see who's trying to fix the fingerprint issue and choose that one.
