I've got an issue with my phone (galaxy ace 2) that it keeps completely discharging the battery. Then as it is completely dead it won't charge in the phone and I have to remove the battery and charge via a separate battery charger.

Same issue with my spare battery so i don't think this is the issue.

Need an app or way to turn off the phone when battery is below a certain level.

    anyone else had this issue?

I don't think any app can turn off your phone unless you're rooted. But if you are rooted, Tasker can do that. Other similar apps can probably do it too.

If you decide to root, if the Ace 2 is anything like the Ace then its very easy. My wife rooted her Ace without even needing a pc
