    I have a rooted Droid 3 - it's been rooted since February.
(I really don't do much with the root-capabilities, I actually rooted it initially
so I could take screenshots. I also run Titanium backup.)

My issue: This afternoon, when I tried to get into my music player
(Cloudskipper), it just went to a white screen, then told me it had stopped responding.
I had to restart my phone to get the app to work again.
This has happened 3 or 4 times this evening -
play a song or two, but if I get out of the app or skip to the next, then it crashes.
I get a message 'Application Music (in process com.android.motorola.music) is not responding. Force close | Wait

Now after restarting a couple times, I can't even get one song to play,
it just crashes upon opening the app.

    Any advice?
I used Pete's rooting tool to root, and it claims to have an easy 'unroot' option.
I have backed up everything I want and I am prepared to do a factory reset, if that's the only option. ( I am aware a rooted phone does not allow this, safely)

    Thank you for anything helpful!

Try (from home) settings->applications->manage applications. Look for the Cloudskipper app and tap it. Tap the button "wipe data".

If this does not fix the problem, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
